We have been customers of SSP for over 20 years. When initially looking for a software solution, we examined the various systems on offer within the market to ensure we went with the best one for our business. We decided that SSP was the best fit for us, as this system provided all of the elements we required.
The competitors in the market were also not as strong, SSP's technology was more market-friendly, and the storage capabilities were far more effective. In the last couple of years, we have upgraded from SSP Electra to Pure. Regarding renewing, there were more advantages to remaining with SSP. Though the cost was a significant factor, the main reason came down to the fact it simply works best for us. It's easy to use and provides us with great streamlining as a business.
Another factor that has made our journey so far with SSP a positive one is the reassurance that the SSP helpdesk team are always on hand to deal with queries in a timely and effective manner. It's good to know that if we were to have any issues, the SSP team would log and action it there, and then, the business continuity is robust. Looking at how we run our business from a day-to-day perspective, the electronic capabilities of the system, such as the automation and renewals processes, allow us to become more digital, saving us time and allowing us to work on additional tasks.
