Modern slavery act statement

Modern Slavery Act Statement 2026

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes SSP’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2027. It applies to SSP Topco Limited and the UK entities listed in this statement and has been approved by the Board of Directors of SSP Midco 2 Limited.

This statement is intended to meet SSP’s transparency obligations under UK law for the entities covered, and the principles and commitments described here reflect our wider global approach to respecting human rights and preventing modern slavery across SSP operations.

Our Commitment

Modern slavery is a crime and a fundamental violation of human rights. It includes slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking — all of which involve the exploitation of people through coercion, threats or abuse of vulnerability.

SSP maintains a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We continue to implement, monitor, and strengthen effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery has no place in our business or supply chains.

Due Diligence and Risk Management

As part of our ongoing efforts to identify and mitigate risks, SSP has established processes to:

· Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains

· Mitigate the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking occurring in our operations or supply chains

· Monitor and review key risk areas on an ongoing basis

· Protect whistleblowers and encourage the reporting of any concerns

Our compliance, procurement, and legal teams work together to oversee these processes and support continuous improvement across our business.

Supplier Standards and Compliance

We expect all suppliers, contractors, and business partners to uphold our values and adhere to the same high standards.

SSP’s supply chain compliance programme includes:

· Binding contractual clauses requiring compliance with our ethical standards and relevant legislation

· Regular reviews of supplier performance and risk

· Remedial actions where issues are identified

We will not knowingly work with any organisation involved in, or turning a blind eye to, modern slavery or human trafficking.

Training and Awareness

To ensure a high level of understanding of modern slavery risks within our business and supply chains, SSP provides targeted training and awareness for employees.

This training helps our teams identify potential warning signs and understand how to raise concerns appropriately.

Measuring Effectiveness

SSP’s compliance function conducts periodic reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of our approach and to identify opportunities for improvement.

We are committed to continuous learning and to building stronger systems and partnerships that promote transparency and ethical conduct across our global operations.
