Colin Greenhill
Chief Executive Officer
Colin brings over 20 years’ experience in the finance and insurance industry, performing a variety of leadership roles that include Chief Commercial Officer at A-Plan Insurance, Product and Commercial Director at Comparethemarket and CEO at Santander Insurance and Age UK Enterprises. Colin brings customer-focused leadership to the business, drawing on his wealth of knowledge and experience with insurance partnerships, product management, sales and distribution, to ensure SSP support our customers to develop and grow their businesses.
Mark Trenavin-Body
Chief Financial & Operations Officer
Mark has recently joined as Chief Financial and Operations Officer for the SSP Group. He brings over 20 years leadership experience within Financial Services and has held several executive and senior financial positions at Aviva, HSBC, Standard Chartered and KPMG, both in the UK and internationally. Mark provides cross-functional strategic leadership and oversight over several functions including Finance, Procurement, Legal, Facilities and Risk & Compliance, He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
Chris Pennington
Financial Officer
Chris joined SSP in 2009 and held a number of senior finance positions prior to his appointment as CFO in May 2018. Before joining SSP, Chris spent 12 years with PwC, latterly as a Director in the Corporate Finance practice. Chris is a Chartered Accountant.
Steve Townend
Managing Director of Broker
Steve joined SSP in 2011, initially as the head of professional services for one of our products, then as the head of our Specialist Business Unit. With more than 35 years’ professional services experience working in the IT services sector, for the most part serving the financial services industry, Steve was made Director of Intermediary Delivery Services in 2021 and Director of Broker in 2022; he brings his considerable experience to our leadership team, strategically managing and developing our Broker product range, some of our biggest customers and most important projects.
Andrew Walters
Managing Director of Insurer
Andrew joined SSP in 2014, initially as a programme manager, before moving to head up our professional services function. In 2021, he became part of the executive management team in his role as Director of Professional Services. Before SSP, Andrew spent nearly 18 years at Legal & General in a variety of IT and change management roles, and he brings over 20 years’ experience in delivering large scale projects and programmes.
Paul Miller
APAC General Manager
Paul has over 35 years’ experience in insurance, technology and strategy and has led the SSP Asia Pacific team since 2014. He was previously a partner at IBM Global Business Services managing a variety of portfolios including IBM’s insurance solutions and services business in the Asia Pacific region, and the Strategy and Transformation practice for ANZ.
