    Please be aware that SSP will be undertaking scheduled maintenance within the Powergate data center starting Saturday 30th September at 23:30, running through to 06:00 on Sunday 1st October. If you attempt to access our services during this period, you may encounter a problem or experience a delay.

New customer portal inbound...

We are busy behind the scenes working on introducing a new customer service portal. This tool will enable our customers to engage with us more effectively, giving them the ability to get instant access to information anytime they need it without having to ask.

The SSP customer service portal will empower our customers to gain ownership over their experience, keep ticket conversations going between customers and our advisers and resolve issues faster.
